How long does shipping take for complete BMX bikes?
Complete bikes are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered via our specialist courier within 3-5 working days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping for parts and accessories?
Yes, Waller BMX ships worldwide. International delivery times vary by location but generally take between 7-14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination.
What is your return policy on components?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed parts or components showing signs of grease or tool marks cannot be accepted for a full refund.
Will my complete bike arrive fully assembled?
To ensure safe transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, pedals, and seat. We recommend a professional safety check before your first ride.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
All products are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty against defects. This typically covers frames and forks for 1 year, though coverage does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage from accidents.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order is scanned by our courier, an automated email will be sent to you containing your tracking link and estimated delivery date.
